About the Role
As a Unit Field Trainer based at the Albany, NY branch sales office (BCLIC), you serve as the entry point into management leadership. You will own the recruitment, onboarding, and hands-on development of new sales agents, guiding them from their first day through their early success — all while sustaining your own personal sales results. It's a hybrid of mentor, coach, and producer.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit prospective sales agents and bring qualified candidates into the branch team.
- Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Deliver practical, on-the-job training that equips agents with the skills to perform.
- Mentor and develop agents on an ongoing basis to drive a productive sales unit.
- Maintain your own personal production standards alongside your training duties.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell and meet individual production targets.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort recruiting and developing talent in a branch sales environment.
