Based at our Ukraine Office, this full-time role combines hands-on drone systems work with direct support to our engineering and field mission teams. About the Role Unmanned systems are reshaping modern defense, and Neros Technologies builds and deploys advanced drone platforms that operate under real-world conditions. In this position, you'll be central to keeping our UAV fleet operational and supporting continuous system development in the field. Your technical expertise in drone assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance will directly enable mission success for warfighters who depend on reliable, high-performance equipment. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and end users, translating feedback into practical improvements and ensuring every system that leaves our facility meets uncompromising quality standards. Core Duties Build, repair, and modify FPV drones and UAV systems according to engineering specifications and operational requirements Perform soldering, wiring, connector work, and electrical diagnostics on flight-critical components Prepare test articles and R&D prototypes for evaluation; support integration and troubleshooting during development Provide technical ground support during flight testing, including equipment setup, battery management, and field operations Manage workshop infrastructure, tooling, inventory, and field equipment with systematic organization and documentation Record system modifications, diagnose technical issues, and contribute to standardized processes that ensure consistent build quality Skills & Qualifications Minimum one year of hands-on technical experience in electronics, drone systems, FPV assembly, robotics, RC platforms, or equivalent hardware work Demonstrated soldering ability across wiring, connectors, and small components; comfortable with repair and rework Practical diagnostic capability: continuity testing, connector integrity checks, component inspection, and logical troubleshooting Competence assembling and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems using hand tools, workshop equipment, and technical documentation Meticulous workmanship with commitment to build consistency, equipment safety, and quality repeatability Ability to absorb and follow engineering guidance, maintain clear technical records, and communicate system issues to teammates Comfortable operating in workshop, laboratory, and field environments Self-motivated learner seeking to deepen expertise in UAV systems and engineering fundamentals Working at Neros Technologies Neros Technologies moves at startup velocity while…
