Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners is hiring a full-time Turf Service Technician in Korn Krest, Luzerne County to keep agricultural and turf machinery running at peak performance for our customers and dealership. About the Role

As a Turf Service Technician with Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners in Korn Krest, Luzerne County, you will independently tackle advanced diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on both customer-owned and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. You will work primarily with John Deere machinery and its supporting technology, occasionally collaborating with the Service Manager, Service Location Manager, or Shop Foreman when added guidance is helpful.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out complex diagnostics and service repairs on agricultural and turf equipment with minimal supervision.
• Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on customer and dealer-owned machines.
• Diagnose and repair John Deere equipment, including its integrated technology systems.
• Guide and mentor Service Technician Trainees and fellow Service Technicians to strengthen the team's skills.
• Coordinate with shop leadership to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing agricultural and turf equipment.
• Working knowledge of John Deere equipment and related diagnostic technology.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek direction from service leadership.
• A mentoring mindset and willingness to support less-experienced technicians.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Korn Krest, Luzerne County.
