Deloitte seeks a T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant – HR Transformation – ID to lead workstreams on HR Transformation projects, advise clients on HR transformation programmes, and contribute to business development and client pursuit activities.
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations, transformation programmes, enabling HR cloud technologies, shared services, organisation design, or a specialist HR area
- Involved in at least one to two HR transformations involving cloud products
- Social perceptiveness, ability to listen and incorporate feedback
- Team player, ability to collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment
