You'll be responsible for safely transporting dry van freight across the United States on dedicated routes. Drivers average 2,000 miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% of our fleet earning even higher weekly income. What You'll Do Safely operate a Class 8 tractor-trailer rig across multiple states Execute pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain compliance logs Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route status and delivery updates Maintain accurate records and documentation for each shipment What We're Looking For Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record 1–5 months of OTR or trucking experience Ability to pass a DOT physical and background screening Strong mechanical aptitude and vehicle maintenance knowledge Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive, performance-based pay ranging from 57¢ to 64¢ per mile based on your experience and safety record.
