The Traveling Project Superintendent plays a critical role in the successful execution of construction projects, acting as the on-site leader responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing procurement logistics, and ensuring that construction aligns with the design intent and project goals.
Requirements
- Detail oriented with a commitment to precision and quality
- High level of urgency and ability to drive results under tight timelines
- Adaptable and capable of fully executing the Infinity Group process from mobilization throughout closeout
- Experience in high-end residential or design-driven commercial projects
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or site management
- Full understanding of commercial construction divisions
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building systems
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex field operations
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy skills and adaptability to new software/programs
