Transport Scheduler

About the Role

As a Transport Scheduler with Aggreko in Phoenix, AZ, you will own the planning and dispatch of both internal and customer-facing equipment transportation. This on-site position keeps fleet and assets moving efficiently so that events, industrial sites, mining operations, and communities depending on Aggreko never experience an interruption in service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the transport of Aggreko equipment between depots, job sites, and customer locations.
• Arrange internal logistics and customer-facing deliveries to meet agreed timelines and service commitments.
• Liaise with operations, drivers, and customers to confirm routes, timing, and equipment readiness.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of movements to support efficient fleet utilization and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator able to coordinate across teams, drivers, and customers.
• Detail-oriented approach to logistics, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Comfortable working on-site in Phoenix, Maricopa County, in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Prior experience in transport scheduling, dispatch, or logistics coordination is an advantage.
