HealthStream is the leader in healthcare workforce solutions, and they are seeking a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and product support. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, at least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, and practical knowledge of the healthcare industry. The role involves providing phone, email, and chat support, troubleshooting and diagnosing reported problems, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, prioritization, and ownership in work
- Ability to effectively communicate resolutions with non-technical and technical customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
- Basic understanding of SQL (a plus)
- Flexible schedule, providing coverage between 7 AM – 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
