This role is not remote. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one therapeutic support to children and youth experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges. Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by clinical staff. Help young people practice coping strategies, social skills, and positive behaviors in everyday settings. Document progress, observations, and incidents accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with families, therapists, and the broader care team to support consistent, trauma-informed care.
