Test & Evaluation Data Collection Team Lead

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a results-driven Test & Evaluation Data Collection Team Lead in Fort Hood, Bell County to direct on-site data efforts that shape the Army's next-generation combat vehicle program.

About the Role

As the Test & Evaluation Data Collection Team Lead, you will guide a dedicated team responsible for gathering, validating, and processing the data generated during XM30 prototype testing. Based full-time in Fort Hood, Bell County, this position sits at the intersection of field operations and advanced analytics, turning raw test observations into the trusted information that informs the Army's acquisition decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate a team of on-site data collectors throughout XM30 prototype test events.
• Oversee the capture of technical, operational, survivability, and maintenance data during live test execution.
• Review test plans and recording procedures to ensure data is collected accurately and consistently.
• Observe test activities firsthand, confirming that documented processes align with what occurs in the field.
• Analyze, validate, and process collected data to support the development of advanced analytic tools.
• Deliver well-organized, reliable datasets that help guide the Army's acquisition decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading teams in test and evaluation, data collection, or a closely related technical field.
• Strong working knowledge of test execution, test plan review, and structured data recording processes.
• Familiarity with technical, operational, survivability, and maintenance data in a testing environment.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at Fort Hood, Bell County (this role is not remote).
• Detail-oriented approach to validating and processing data that supports analytic and acquisition outcomes.
