About the Role

As a Test and Validation Engineer at Unigen, you will play a central part in confirming that products meet exacting performance, reliability, and quality standards before they reach customers. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and run test and validation procedures for memory modules, storage devices, and related electronics products.
• Develop test plans, scripts, and fixtures to verify functionality, performance, and durability.
• Analyze test data, isolate root causes of failures, and document findings clearly for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with design and manufacturing engineers to resolve issues and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain test equipment, calibration records, and validation documentation in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with test, validation, or quality engineering, ideally within electronics or hardware manufacturing.
• Familiarity with test instrumentation, debugging methods, and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Newark, California, and collaborate effectively across teams.
