We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative to own their route and drive retail expansion, focusing on B2B and local RTM distribution partners. This is a high-velocity, high-impact role for someone who wants to close deals, move product, and dominate shelf space.
Requirements
- Lead the charge on retail expansion
- Build and manage partnerships with wholesalers and distributors
- Drive sell-in and ensure seamless setup for direct store shipments
- Manage own lean inventory and plan, load, and deliver product to stay ahead of demand
- Track sell-in and sell-through performance daily via mobile CRM
- Activate territory with local demos, grassroots sampling, and influencer drops
- Stay fully compliant with kratom-specific and state regulations
