Role Overview

Temporary Medical Claims Intake Coordinator role is available for a dynamic team of innovative professionals at Claritev. The team strives to bend the cost curve in healthcare for all. The role is remote and temporary, lasting 60 to 120 days.

What You Will Do

Intake and create cases in all applicable systems, perform timely data entry, perform adjustments on medical claims, and perform outreach to customers to obtain necessary details on medical claims.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to efficiently use a keyboard and quickly navigate software applications

  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
  • Excel experience preferred
  • Communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
