Role Overview This position blends clinical expertise, leadership development, and strategic operational partnership. You will provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Clinical Supervisors across assigned centers, ensuring high-quality program delivery and clinical outcomes for clients and families. You'll work with teams across multiple locations, leveraging technology and strong clinical standards to build thriving ABA programs. This role maintains 30 billable hours weekly in quality assurance and clinical support activities while focusing on developing clinical staff, implementing clinical best practices, and driving program excellence across locations. What You'll Do Mentor and provide clinical leadership to Clinical Supervisors and Pod Leaders across multiple centers Oversee and review Functional Behavior Assessments to ensure clinical rigor and fidelity Conduct quality assurance reviews, analyze clinical data, and implement treatment oversight processes Support treatment planning, progress monitoring, and program integrity across locations Develop performance management strategies and provide coaching to BCBAs and clinical staff Partner with operational leadership on caseload distribution, staffing planning, and market expansion Drive clinical standardization and best practice implementation across centers Build collaboration and consistency among teams through technology-enabled communication and virtual leadership Qualifications Master's degree or doctorate in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field Current BCBA certification Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role with clinical staff Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop clinical professionals Proficiency with technology platforms for scheduling, data management, and communication Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Current tuberculosis screening, immunization records, and background check clearance Spanish language skills are preferred About Accel Therapies Accel Therapies is committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes through strong leadership and clinical excellence.
