We are seeking a Telecom Infrastructure Estimator to support the planning and execution of telecommunications construction projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and competitive proposals for fiber optic and outside plant (OSP) infrastructure deployments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze telecom infrastructure project documentation, including:
  • Construction drawings
  • Fiber network designs
  • Technical specifications
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates covering:
  • Labor
  • Materials (fiber, cabling, infrastructure components)
  • Equipment and tools
  • Subcontractor services
  • Develop and submit competitive bid proposals
  • Evaluate project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams
  • Ensure project estimates align with cost efficiency and profitability goals
🔹 Required Qualifications
  • Experience in telecommunications infrastructure or construction projects
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and OSP environments
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and network designs
  • Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project analysis
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Preferred Experience
  • Fiber optic deployment (FTTH, backbone networks)
  • Outside Plant (OSP) construction
  • Utility infrastructure or civil works
  • Wireless or telecom network construction
