Lokal is hiring a Tele Caller to join their team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, onboarding new hosts, and improving platform activity and retention. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Requirements
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts/partners
- Onboard and train new hosts as per platform guidelines
- Assist users with profile completion, onboarding steps, and activation
- Follow up on pending onboarding and verification activities
- Engage with existing hosts to improve platform activity and retention
- Contact inactive users and work towards reactivation
- Educate hosts about platform features, policies, incentives, and opportunities
- Resolve basic host concerns and coordinate escalations with internal teams
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and escalations
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly operational and productivity targets
- Ensure professional communication and positive host experience during interactions
- Stay updated with platform processes, operational changes, and promotional activities
