About the Role
As a TSMS Scientist working nights, you will provide hands-on technical and scientific support to manufacturing operations at our Elwood, Doniphan County site. This on-site position is central to keeping production running smoothly, troubleshooting process challenges in real time, and ensuring that every product meets Elanco's standards for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scientific and technical guidance to manufacturing teams during overnight shifts.
- Investigate and resolve process deviations to keep production on schedule.
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and process performance.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to maintain product quality and compliance.
- Document technical findings and contribute to data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- A scientific or technical background suited to a manufacturing science environment.
- Willingness and availability to work a permanent night schedule on-site in Elwood, Doniphan County.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced production setting.
