The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of small to mid-sized, customer-facing professional services projects.
Requirements
- Manage small to mid-sized client-facing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Track project schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and status reports to support transparency and decision-making.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Draft and refine process documentation, workflows, and recommendations for delivery improvement.
- Support risk and issue management activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and business teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards and best practices.
