We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in workflow automation and AI/LLM integrations. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of automation and AI-driven initiatives, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Proven experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
- Experience managing remote technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
- Background in SaaS, AI startups, or automation-focused environments
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with CRM systems and data pipelines
