Fluidstack is seeking an experienced TPM to own and drive the competency development, qualification, and operational readiness of its critical facilities operations workforce. The ideal candidate is a technically deep, who has come up through data center or mission-critical facility operations and now channels that expertise into building the next generation of operations professionals.
Requirements
- Own the full lifecycle of the Operations Training Program
- Convert vendor manuals into structured training content
- Manage all recurring training requirements
- Manage the site’s PM program and MOP/EOP/AOP quality gate
