You'll collaborate with various departments to implement portfolio and asset management decisions aimed at optimizing financial returns within set risk parameters and enhancing financial inclusion. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Enablement, you’ll contribute to ongoing operational implementations, work closely with product and technical teams, leverage data insights for troubleshooting, and assist in remedial actions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Contribute to the implementation of portfolio management and asset management decisions. Work with product and technical teams to implement business requirements from Portfolio and Asset Management teams. Use data insights, troubleshoot portfolio issues, and assist with remedial actions. Add additional reporting and alarming as needed. Optimize the current process within the existing Portfolio Strategy Service and contribute to its evolution. Provide support and assist in complex problem solving across various teams using your technical coding skills (Python proficiency is a bonus). What You Bring A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification. Working knowledge of SQL and/or relevant RDBMS technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and SQL Server. Understanding of the credit lifecycle.
