Technical/Environment – Lab & Quality Supervisor

ERCO Worldwide is seeking a detail-driven Technical/Environment - Lab & Quality Supervisor to lead laboratory operations and uphold rigorous quality standards at its manufacturing facility in Port Edwards, Wood County (Nekoosa), Wisconsin. About the Role

As the Lab & Quality Supervisor, you will oversee daily laboratory activities and quality assurance processes that keep production safe, compliant, and consistent. Based on-site in Port Edwards, this position works a standard 40-hour week and reports within ERCO Worldwide's technical and environmental function, with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the laboratory team, ensuring accurate testing and timely analytical results.
• Maintain and improve quality control systems that support reliable, environmentally responsible production.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards across lab operations.
• Review analytical data, troubleshoot deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Calibrate, maintain, and validate laboratory instrumentation and methods.
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to resolve product and process quality issues.
• Mentor lab staff and promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Background in chemistry, environmental science, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, analytical methods, and instrument calibration.
• Supervisory or team-leadership capability with strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of environmental and safety compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work on-site full time in Port Edwards, Wood County, Wisconsin.
