SANDBX is hiring a full-time Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager (SB) in Ukraine to take end-to-end ownership of how our digital products get built, shipped, and improved. About the Role This is a hybrid Technical BA and Project Manager position with full lifecycle accountability for product and service delivery. You will sit at the intersection of stakeholders and engineers, translating business needs into clear requirements while keeping delivery on track. Because the primary stakeholders for the development team are based in the US, comfort working later hours is essential. The role also carries a customer-facing, pre-sales dimension, so confident English communication matters. Key Responsibilities Elicit requirements from stakeholders and turn them into specifications, user stories, and demos Establish development workflows, delivery approaches, and task-tracking tooling Safeguard on-time delivery and strengthen feedback loops between teams and stakeholders Manage relationships and reconcile competing priorities across the project Lead discovery workshops for prospective clients, draft initial project outlines, and support effort and timeline estimates Qualifications At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a developer or QA engineer At least 3 years as a Business Analyst, Project or Program Manager (or a similar role) within a complex environment Solid grasp of Agile methodology and practical business analysis skills — requirements gathering, user story and spec writing, and task decomposition Strong communication, relationship-building, and change-management capabilities Genuine enthusiasm for people management, with the skills to grow effective teams Fluent English, plus experience or interest in pre-sales activities About SANDBX Founded in 2017 as a lean startup, SANDBX has grown into a recognized studio with a portfolio of more than 50 projects spanning mobile and web apps, reward and survey systems, and machine learning and gaming platforms for clients of every size.
