Technical AV Sales Engineer position at Kramer Colombia, driving growth across Latin America through Pre-Sales consulting, solution design, and expert Post-Sales support.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom), IT, or AV Technologies.
- 3+ years in Professional AV or Unified Communications.
- Experience with AV manufacturers, distributors, or top-tier system integrators.
- Expertise in AV-over-IP, Video Switching, Signal Distribution, and Control Systems.
- Deep familiarity with HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, AES67, and USB streaming.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (CCNA level is a major advantage).
- Proficiency in major UC and collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional presentation skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Problem-solving skills in multicultural environments and ability to work independently.
- Fast learning with’system-level’ thinking.
