- Experience in building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
- Customer obsession and passion for building high-quality products that serve customer needs
- Speed and ability to work quickly to generate ideas and decide what can ship now and what needs time
- Focus and ability to engage or be heads down in a high-growth startup with a busy, remote team
- Collaboration and ability to inspire, play, and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs
