Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience with.NET Core /.NET technologies.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Previous experience in technical leadership and team coordination roles.
- Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong software design and architectural skills.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, at least B2 level
