(Team Lead / Senior) HubSpot CRM Consultant (all genders)

We are looking for an engaged person to take on responsibility, further develop themselves professionally and personally, and actively shape the future together with MAI Marketing Automation Intelligence. As a Team Lead/Senior CRM Consultant, you will work at the interface between strategy, conception, and operational implementation.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in the CRM, marketing automation, or e-mail marketing field
• Very good experience with HubSpot, other platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, or Brevo are a plus
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, CRM structures, and complex process logic
• Well-developed organizational skills as well as experience in project management
• High quality standards and a very careful, structured way of working
• Proactive and self-responsible way of working with the claim to push topics forward and find solutions
• Fast comprehension and the ability to quickly get familiar with new topics and tools
• Secure handling of complex requirements and parallel projects
• Technical basic understanding (e.g. APIs, system integrations) is an advantage
• Team ability, communication strength, and a sovereign appearance towards stakeholders
• Fluent German language skills in word and writing (C2 level), good English is a plus
