We are currently seeking a Tax Planning Implementation Specialist with a paralegal focus to join our client, a US-based firm.
As a Tax Planning Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of comprehensive tax strategies and ensuring that all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in tax planning and paralegal duties will be essential in advising and facilitating clients’ tax-related needs.
Responsibilities
- – Collaborating with tax consultants and legal teams to implement tax planning strategies effectively.
- – Reviewing and preparing tax-related documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- – Conducting research on tax laws and issues that may impact client tax strategies.
- – Assisting clients throughout the implementation process to ensure successful execution of tax plans.
- – Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and best practices.
- – Liaising with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer inquiries regarding the tax planning process.
- – Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
- – Utilizing paralegal skills to draft legal documents and reports related to tax planning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tax planning or related field, preferably with a paralegal background.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, compliance regulations, and implementation strategies.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient in legal document preparation and management.
- Up-to-date resume outlining relevant experience in tax planning and paralegal duties.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
