Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated IT recruitment experience within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced recruitment agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting processes for technology talent.
  • Experience supporting client-facing recruiting initiatives and managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Practical proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
