What We're Looking For Hands-on background in talent development, learning facilitation, or silent related human-resources work. Confidence leading both in-person and structured group sessions while adapting style to different audiences. Solid understanding of instructional design, needs analysis, and continuous-improvement techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster trust and clear collaboration. Ability to analyze outcomes, prioritize requests, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Bachelor’s preparation in human resources, organizational psychology, education, or a comparable discipline is advantageous.
