Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Talented Acquisition Specialist (Remote) with a keen eye for design and a knack for attracting top visual and content talent globally. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and a passion for the creative industry.
Responsibilities:

Recruit qualified candidates worldwide.

Assess CVs, Resumes, portfolios (no interviews required).

Use innovative lead sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment; lead generation experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

No students; professional experience is essential.
Benefits
Salary:

PHP 29,000 per month (quota-based)

Additional bonuses per position that you will hire~
