Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable using computer applications.
