We are looking for a talented individual to join our surgical sales team to grow the Alcon Surgical IOL portfolio in your region. As an IOL Manager – Surgical Sales, you will be supporting surgical facilities and overseeing the overall IOL portfolio.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of all IOLs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer oriented mindset and strong customer relationship management.
- Flexibility, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, goal orientated mindset with a strong sense of drive.
- Strong logical and analytical skills to solve problems.
- Experience with CRM applications (such as Salesforce) to manage relationships.
