About the Role

As a Supplier Sourcing Program Manager 3 at Oracle, you will own the end-to-end sourcing approach for critical memory and storage components, including SSDs, HDDs, DRAM, and NAND products. Based on-site in Santa Clara, this full-time position sits at the intersection of engineering and supply chain, where you will shape qualification programs and drive operational excellence that keeps Oracle's hardware roadmap reliable and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification efforts across SSD, HDD, DRAM, and NAND product lines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance supply reliability with cost efficiency.
• Champion operational excellence throughout the memory and storage supplier base.
• Act as the central liaison connecting Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing teams.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared sourcing goals and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supplier sourcing or strategic procurement programs, ideally within memory and storage or related hardware categories.
• Working knowledge of storage and memory technologies such as SSDs, HDDs, DRAM, and NAND.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, supply chain, product, and finance functions.
• Strong program management skills, with a track record of driving qualification and operational improvements.
• Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County (this role is not remote).
