Requirements
- Previous experience with people management and leadership of teams
- Solid experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success operations with a customer portfolio
- Strong analytical capacity to follow operational metrics and manage routine
- Excellent executive communication, with the ability to transit between operational and strategic levels
- Experience in structuring or optimizing processes from scratch
- Experience in SaaS companies with accelerated growth (Scale-ups)
