Your Responsibilities Supervise and direct a team of Personal Lines professionals, managing workflow and ensuring service continuity Maintain your own client portfolio while meeting production, quality, and service expectations Monitor team productivity and service quality, providing coaching and skill development Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives Support recruitment by interviewing candidates and recommending qualified hires Collaborate with leadership to address operational, service, and staffing challenges Provide transparent communication to leadership about team performance and priorities Handle escalated client matters and advise the team on complex personal lines coverage Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Organize scheduling and allocate resources to support service delivery and continuity Stay informed on industry trends, carrier requirements, and evolving coverage solutions Build and maintain productive relationships with carriers, internal teams, and leadership Embody company values and model integrity in all professional interactions Qualifications 7+ years of insurance industry experience with broad personal lines knowledge 4+ years in insurance leadership, supervisory, or management roles 3+ years in Personal Lines specifically (preferred) Valid, current active insurance licenses (all required types) Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members Strong client service and relationship management expertise Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities Ability to manage substantial work volumes with precision…
