- Deep experience in post production ecosystem
- Strong understanding of codecs, colour spaces, file formats, colour pipelines, storage systems, and delivery specifications
- Ability to build and manage large-scale asset systems
- Competent editing skills across platforms and formats
- Experience working with third-party post production vendors
- Ability to implement new workflows, particularly AI-powered workflows
- Self-motivated and thrive working autonomously
- Clear communication skills
- Methodical about data and asset management
