About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent - Commercial Construction position based in Saint Cloud, Stearns County. Working with a well-established, privately held builder that has spent decades delivering commercial, healthcare, and educational projects, you will serve as the on-the-ground leader responsible for keeping work safe, on schedule, and built to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and crews to keep the schedule moving efficiently.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Monitor quality control to ensure work meets plans, specifications, and code.
• Track progress, anticipate obstacles, and communicate updates with the project team.
• Partner with project managers, owners, and inspectors to resolve issues in the field.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of jobsite safety practices and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing trades and crews.
• Willingness to work on-site in Saint Cloud, Stearns County.

Compensation

The posted salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience.
