About the Role

As a Substance Use Professional based in Charlotte, you will join a team of dedicated behavioral health practitioners who help children, families, and adults across North Carolina address substance use and related behavioral health needs. This on-site, full-time position centers on delivering compassionate, person-focused care within a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct substance use and behavioral health support to clients of all ages, including children, families, and adults.
• Promote both the emotional and physical well-being of the individuals you serve.
• Deliver care as part of a comprehensive, integrated approach to behavioral health services.
• Maintain a welcoming, dignified, and secure setting for every client interaction.
• Collaborate closely with fellow behavioral health professionals to coordinate effective, whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Background, training, or credentials in substance use treatment or behavioral health.
• Genuine commitment to supporting the recovery and well-being of diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients and a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work full-time and on-site in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County.
