We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert – AI Trainer with a STEM PhD from a US, UK, Canadian, or European university to develop challenging problems in AI model training, evaluate and improve AI model outputs, and collaborate with AI research teams.

- STEM PhD from a US, UK, Canadian, or European university
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in English
