Campus is a two-year, accredited college that offers students a unique approach to learning with live, online classes from top professors. As a Student Success Coach, you’ll manage a caseload of students, guide them through course planning, and help them achieve their long-term goals. This is a remote role with a hybrid schedule, and you’ll need to be located in or near the Phoenix, AZ area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational and caseload management skills
- Ability to build relationships and navigate emotionally sensitive conversations
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up
