- Track record of generating meetings, opportunities, or pipeline in a B2B environment
- Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders within complex organizations
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify real opportunities, not just interest
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and quality of execution
- High ownership of outcomes, not just activity
- Comfortable operating without scripts or rigid playbooks
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Resourceful in understanding how companies operate and where opportunities exist
- Comfortable walking into a room, identifying the few people who matter, and starting conversations that lead somewhere
