Key Responsibilities Direct day-to-day store operations at the Cherry Hill location, including opening, closing, and secure cash handling Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve store performance goals and customer satisfaction targets Develop and execute business strategies that drive foot traffic and revenue growth Manage inventory accuracy, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising standards throughout the store Process point-of-sale transactions and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and care Foster a positive, energetic store environment that reflects the fun, approachable spirit of the Squishable brand Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards Who We're Looking For Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience Minimum 2–5 years working in customer service roles Natural affinity for leading, inspiring, and developing team members in a collaborative environment Strong organizational and communication abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial retail setting Emotional intelligence and empathy; ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build trust Genuine openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software Capable of lifting and moving cartons weighing up to 25 pounds Self-motivated, adaptable problem-solver with a commitment to teamwork and high-performance standards Why Join Squishable…
