Key Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and process incoming merchandise and freight deliveries
• Replenish shelves, displays, and storage areas so products are always available for shoppers
• Keep aisles, stockrooms, and work zones clean, safe, and orderly
• Rotate inventory and check that items are correctly priced and labeled
• Operate stocking equipment safely and follow company handling procedures
• Support fellow associates and assist customers when needed on the floor

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts at the Evansville location
• A team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn safe stocking and equipment-handling practices

Compensation

This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $15 to $28 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage that applies to the job location. Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, along with premium pay from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in certain situations, which may vary based on schedule and facility.
