Requirements
- Set the standard for end-to-end design quality across high-stakes surfaces
- Design for the full complexity of the domain, including developer workflows, API and SDK experiences, and evaluator journeys
- Deliver interaction design and prototypes at a high level of craft
- Drive the design system from AI-ready to AI-native
- Shape the team’s research practices, insight architecture, and knowledge-sharing rhythms
- Set and uphold a high bar for execution across teams
- Elevate how the team operates and partners with cross-functional leadership
