Staff Product Designer

Role Overview

Join Twin Health as a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of member-facing programs and create holistic, omnichannel experiences that balance premium aesthetics with logistical complexities. Work with a passionate and talented team to improve metabolic health and happiness.

What You Will Do

Architect end-to-end service journeys, define personas and value propositions, and design targeted experiences to create seamless transitions from program discovery to active participation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/product design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in design, service design, HCI, or a related field
• Proven experience conducting user research, defining actionable personas, and translating strategic insights into tailored product flows
• Domain expertise in designing complex consumer enrollment flows, digital healthcare journeys, or premium e-commerce/unboxing experiences
• Omnichannel agility and experience designing for hardware-software integrations or complex logistical workflows
