Position Summary Docker ships new products constantly; the Integrated Campaigns team ensures developers know about them. As Staff Integrated Campaigns Manager, you'll own high-impact demand generation campaigns end-to-end. You're the right hand to the Head of Integrated Campaigns, representing the function in high-stakes decisions and cross-functional execution. This role energizes people who thrive on shifting priorities, rapid iteration, and launch-driven work. Key Responsibilities Design integrated campaign strategies tied to monthly launches and demand generation goals. Own webinar programs end-to-end, from concept through Zoom or ON24 execution, post-event nurture, and pipeline ROI. Build and refine lead scoring models in Marketo to reflect genuine buying signals and improve sales handoff quality. Develop multi-touch campaigns spanning email, digital advertising, in-product messaging, and events that drive measurable pipeline contribution. Represent campaign performance to senior leadership. Translate Docker's technical product narratives into compelling campaign messaging for developer, DevOps, and enterprise personas. Create scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks that handle Docker's monthly launch velocity without sacrificing quality. Monitor campaign performance across Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce; surface and act on insights in real time. Manage vendor and agency relationships, holding partners accountable to deliverables and timelines. Mentor junior campaign team members and model excellent campaign work at Docker. What You Bring 7–8 years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation experience with documented pipeline and revenue impact. Required Marketo expertise: built programs from scratch, architected lead scoring frameworks, and troubleshot flows independently; certification is a plus. Deep understanding of funnel metrics — Leads, MQLs, SQLs, PQLs, Opportunities — and how they connect to pipeline quality. Sophisticated lead scoring knowledge: behavioral vs. demographic signals, MQL thresholds, and impact on sales handoff quality. End-to-end webinar ownership: platform selection, audience targeting, content coordination, post-event nurture, and ROI reporting. Strong executive presence — you present strategy and performance to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
