We’re Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company that builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We’re looking for a Staff Engineer, ERP Workday HCM (Technical Consultant) to join our team.
Requirements
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM Technical with Integration
- Strong expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio)
- Experience in Workday Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT)
- Solid understanding of Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Working knowledge of Workday security roles and profiles
- Exposure to HCM modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting/ATS, LMS, and Employee Management
- Familiarity with integration concepts (XML, XSLT, web services, APIs)
- Experience working with ITSM tools/processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
