The company is looking for a Staff AI Scientist to lead applied research and development for their Trust Service and suite of guardrail classifiers and evaluators.
Requirements
- 7+ years of applied AI experience
- Experience in LLM or Agentic Evals, Guardrailing
- Deep expertise training and fine-tuning classifier models
- Hands-on experience with dataset development
- Strong applied experience with LLMs and agentic systems
- Proficiency in Python and the modern ML stack
- Comfortable working in production environments
