Direct and coordinate all outside vendors handling maintenance and repair work across the facility. Plan preventive maintenance programs that minimize downtime and extend the life of stadium assets. Respond quickly to system issues to keep the venue safe, functional, and event-ready. Partner with the facilities leadership team to set priorities, budgets, and service standards. Qualifications Proven experience managing and repairing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. Strong background overseeing third-party vendors and contracted maintenance services. Leadership skills to guide a maintenance function and coordinate across departments. Ability to work on-site full-time in Orlando, Orange County, in a fast-paced stadium environment.
